By creating space, participants will have the energy and clarity to tap into their true desires. This class is perfect for creating space during the waning or waxing moon or anytime you feel you are ready to make room for your dreams to enter. We’ll explore: + Practices for creating space through stillness, flow states, and supportive relationships. + How space in our inner and outer worlds makes room for our greatest dreams to enter. + Utilise and easy flow of follow along soft spirals and continuous circling movement to connect to how little we need to do to FEEL good
