MELT / This is a nourishing, unwinding, comforting stretch. After filming this I slept like (I don't know, not a baby, babies don't sleep?!)... We stretch glutes, hamstring, inner thighs, tummy, chest, feet, plantar fascia, obliques, lats and finish with a moment of gratitude for our bodies, ourselves and for taking the time to unravel. What-more-could-you-want? Enjoy.
