This class explores the duality of doing and pausing, guiding you through a fluid, intentional sequence that lingers just long enough to feel. Expect expansive side-opening, spinal articulation and a slow unraveling of the hamstrings and hips. Gentle backbends are woven throughout, creating space across the front body while encouraging a sense of lift and openness. There’s no rush here. Just time to move, to pause and to notice what lives in both.
