YOGA / A grounded, breath-led flow inspired by the focus and discipline of martial arts. This class weaves together steady vinyasa with intentional strength building. Expect deep hamstring opening and spacious hip work, creating freedom through the back body while cultivating stability through the legs. The pace is mindful, allowing you to inhabit each shape fully. We explore upper body strength through controlled single-leg push-ups, refining alignment and cultivating resilience in the shoulders and core. Rotational pathways move through the spine to awaken the obliques and inviting fluid spiralling through the torso. Throughout the practice, we progressively prepare the body for Eka Pada Koundinyasana II, layering mobility, strength, and breath awareness step by step. The emphasis is not on achieving the posture, but on moving with integrity and presence. Expect a practice that is steady, strong, and spacious. You’ll leave feeling open through the hips and hamstrings, supported through the shoulders, and deeply connected to your breath.
