MELT / This restorative stretch class is designed to help you unwind, release tension and create space throughout the body. We begin by opening through the sides of the body with long, flowing stretches for the obliques and lats before moving into deep inner thigh and hamstring releases. From there, we'll explore gentle spinal extension to open the chest, hip stretches to ease tightness through the lower body, and rotational movements to restore mobility through the spine. We continue into a nourishing glute stretch and gradually work towards your middle split, allowing the body to soften while improving flexibility over time. Expect to leave feeling more open and deeply restored.
