SCULPT / A fiery full-body Pilates ball class designed to challenge your strength, stability and control from start to finish. We begin with single-leg pelvic curls before moving into deep abdominal work, using the Pilates ball to increase instability, ignite your upper abs and deep core, and explore rotational strength. From there, we flow into an open pelvis four-point kneeling series, layering glute work with elegant penché movements to challenge balance, control and posterior chain endurance. The burn continues with a dynamic standing series featuring lunges, curtsies, rotation and balance challenges that demand total-body integration. We finish with our signature plank sequence, including side planks that will test your core, shoulders and obliques right to the very end. Expect deep core activation, glute fire, balance challenges and plenty of spice.
