MELT / Just like dessert finishes a great meal, this cool-down is here to complete your movement ritual. We focus on releasing through the quads, hips and glutes, lengthening the inner thighs and hamstrings, and creating space in the side body and spine. Gentle twists and back extension help reset the nervous system and bring everything back into balance. A grounded, restorative moment to ease tension, reconnect with your breath, and leave you feeling centred, lengthened and calm.
