SCULPT / Lengthen, strengthen and reconnect from the ground up. This intelligently layered floor-based class begins with targeted single-leg work designed to challenge stability and awaken the hamstrings and glutes. From there, we fire up the deep core with a dynamic can-can-inspired abdominal series, designed to challenge the obliques, improve coordination and fire up the abs. We then flow into C-curve sequences with rotation to mobilise the thoracic spine and further delve into the obliques. The class finishes with focused teaser work, bringing you back to the foundations of classical Pilates. Expect a thoughtful, feel-good class that leaves you feeling longer, stronger and more connected from head to toe.
