LIVE / A full-body SCULPT that starts with a sneaky cardio warm-up to get the heart rate up and the body switched on. We move straight into lateral lunges, targeting inner thighs, quads and glute medius while playing with weight transfer and coordination (hello burn + brain work). From there, we hit the mat for a four-point bird dog combo, building cross-body connection and strength through the obliques, mid-back and glutes. Expect control, wobble and a very satisfying kind of challenge. We then turn up the heat with ballet-inspired work for inner thighs and obliques, layering in retirés to keep things spicy but structured. The class finishes strong with a focused ab series that ties everything together and leaves you feeling worked in all the right places. Strong, sweaty, and done.
