SCULPT / The next chapter in my Ballet Conditioning series, with a focus on flow, sequencing and coordination. This class is challenging but SO fun! It moves seamlessly from one shape to the next, challenging your body to stay present and controlled. Glutes, legs, arms and core work together through continuous, rhythmic flow. Dumbbells are optional! I am using 2kg.

Ovulation is a ripe time of the month to challenge yourself as oestrogen and testosterone are at their peak, giving you plenty of energy and stamina to power through intense workouts. You will likely have your high energy levels, high cardiovascular endurance and increased quadricep and grip strength during this time.
