This class layers kneeling side bends with bicep curls and offerings to challenge the waist, biceps and shoulders, before progressing into a demanding side plank with pike for deep oblique work. You’ll also explore a modified side plank with glute activation, allowing you to scale the intensity while staying connected and controlled. Expect precision, strength and a serious side-body challenge that builds stability and definition without unnecessary fluff.
