We start with a leg series that demands control and coordination–it will challenge your balance, burn the glutes, and call on deep stabilising muscles to keep you steady. Next up: a spicy four-point kneeling series that’s fun and fiery—targeting the glutes while sneaking in core activation and serious stability work. Then, it’s game on with a plank series that will have your arms, shoulders, abs (and willpower) working overtime. You’ll finish with a bold ab burner that’s short, sharp, and seriously effective — the kind of finisher you’ll love to hate.
