SCORCH X HEAT / SCORCH x HEAT 4 is where strength meets serious stamina. This is your cardio push, dialled all the way up, dumbbells in hand. Expect lunges that layer in jumps, squats that flow straight into rows, and sequences that keep your heart rate high while your entire body works for you.
We’re hitting everything, back, shoulders, glutes, thighs, the lot, building strength while testing your endurance in the same breath. It’s dynamic, it’s sweaty, and it will challenge how long you can stay in it when it starts to burn.

Get your heart pumping and ignite your body with our scorching hot, weighted, Pilates class. This class has minimal chill and is designed to unleash (!!!) endorphins, improve endurance, and help you reach your strength and fitness goals. All classes used weights from 2-3kg.
