This class focuses on key areas essential for surfing—spinal mobility, rotational power, ankle stability, and strength in the mid-back and lower traps. Through carefully targeted exercises, you'll develop the foundation for enhanced control, power, and agility. We begin with mobility work, but don't be mistaken—things heat up quickly, building intensity to challenge your endurance and strength.

Get your heart pumping and ignite your body with our scorching hot, weighted, Pilates class. This class has minimal chill and is designed to unleash (!!!) endorphins, improve endurance, and help you reach your strength and fitness goals. All classes used weights from 2-3kg.
