SCORCH X HEAT / This class is creative, fun, and unapologetically fiery. We start with an intelligent warm-up to prime the body, then fire up the glutes before taking the heart rate sky-high. Think squats, punches, planks, and wild things (both figuratively and literally) before round two before round 2 and then ending with abs that have me losing my voice. You in? You will need 2 x light dumbbells for this class. I am using 2kg.
