SCULPT / If you're asking yourself "should I do this class?", I want you to equate this to "does butter go on bread?". This class is some serious glute and ab activation... and I mean serious (but fun)!!! We flow through a deliciously intense four point series, straight into lunges and a cardio burst. We indulge in some saucy abs and then other side. I was sore for dayssss after this one. Let me know how you go in the comments!
